DL 2x 165lbs
opps. I was thinking it was 120lbs but forgot to add the bar. No wonder.

yeah, that is exactly what I was afraid would happen. I'd have "beginner's luck" and have to test it out again. I know enough to know that I need to know more... in terms of technique. DL not to be taken lightly. My cns is a bit confused. Not wasted from the lift, but dazed,yes.
