Awesome! I was like "yeah" the whole way through until the end when you performed the handstand, then I was like "oh now you're just showing off...". =)

Awesome!!

Howie,Sorry for the let down there at the end. Wanted something "a little different" that reflected strength, balance and flexibility. ;0
Thanks for the feedback!

Haha... anyone that sees that will be impressed. I've already passed it around to some of the ladies in the office and they definitely were.

Cool, may be they will want to try kettlebells...the purpose of the video. Thank you for sharing it. In future posts I will maybe stay away from using Sanskrit words and not assume people know what I'm talking about.
Your training going well? You are training smart and very tuned in to how your body adapts or maladapts as the case may be w/ the shoulder. Keep having fun with the preparation!

As a matter of fact, I've converted a few women and men to kettlebells at the office. From time to time we sneak off and practice some movements together. (But you didn't hear me say that.)

Don't stop with the Sanskrit, just give us newbies a bit more description. It's good for us to learn more of this.

Training is coming along. It just gets very frustrating when you want to do much more than your body will allow you. But all in all, still having fun. And that's what it's all about.

Hey Gabi, thanks! Wow,wow on the 24kg snatch and video. Your preparation for the upcoming certifications is inspiring to me. It is great that the kb'ers in your area can come together to train. Strength in numbers;0

Thank you, Katie,

yes, we are probably all crazy folk, ready to drive 2-3 hours for a kb event, but it's true, strength not only adds up then, it multiplies :)

Nice video! Very impressed with your Overhead double press in the squat position! Haven't done that one yet.

Lauren, Thanks for reading my blog. The sots press was a little tough but I eeked it out. Your classes look like lots of fun!-Katie
